Custom-made, personalized, or bespoke creations are not eligible for refunds once production has started, as they are created specifically according to customer requirements.

Refund Process & Conditions

Refund requests must be submitted through AshLuce d’Or’s official communication channels within the applicable timeframe.

Returned items will be inspected before approval. Once approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method, excluding any applicable charges where required.

Shipping fees, customs charges, and additional service charges may not be refundable unless the issue is verified to be caused by AshLuce d’Or.
